چکیده :

In recent years, the insurance industry has grown significantly and various companies have entered to this field with various services. Successful marketing is one of the main goals of insurance companies. Finding people who are likely to use insurance services is very important and leads to better cost management. The main goal of this research is to use available data to design an intelligent decision support system for predicting the shopping basket of customers of an insurance company in Iran and adopt appropriate marketing strategies to sell services by predicting customers' shopping basket. To achieve this goal, for the first time in Iran's insurance industry, four different machine learning algorithms have been used in the field of text and audio data. The designed decision support system is formed by combining the findings of the text mining, sound mining, and image mining stages and a list of variables which is the demographic information of the customers. The results of this research demonstrate that using decision support system can help insurance companies to find their potential customers and invest in those people to sell their services. In this way, they can reduce their costs, including marketing and advertising costs.
